For a very short period of time (i.e., when she was at the hospital giving birth!), Jennifer Garner wasn’t able to carry Violet, but after popping out baby number two, it seems like everything is back to normal.

Little Violet looked absolutely thrilled to be back in Jen’s arms, but what’s going to happen when her mom starts carrying baby Seraphina instead?

We’re hearing Britney Spears has just filed a restraining order against her former pap lover Adnan Ghalib and former friend Sam Lutfi!

Sources tipped off X17online as recently as Tuesday that “something big” would be going down in Britney’s conservatorship case later this week, and we were told Brit would soon file a motion to have her court appointed attorney, Sam Ingham, replaced.

X17online was told Sam and Adnan were in no way involved with this effort and that the pop princess had been meeting secretly with attorneys during her recent visits to the Peninsula hotel. There seemed to be a connection to Brit’s attorney Laura Wasser but it was unclear whether she was aiding Britney in this alleged effort to switch counsel.

A call to Wasser’s office was answered with the statement “We don’t talk to the media about our clients.” Calls to the LA Superior Court were met with a frantic reply that they were trying to chase down the restraining order documents and would get back to us.
