Carrying a mystery brown paper bag, Colin Farrell looked a bit under the weather as he left a Beverly Hills medical building today.

Judging from his bundled up attire, the 32-year-old actor could be suffering from a case of the sniffles.

After keeping a relatively low profile last year, Colin will be all over the place in 2009 as he’s five flicks scheduled for release this year, including the highly-anticipated Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus with Johnny Depp and Jude Law.

What’s more? He’s currently in final negotiations to star in director Peter Weir’s The Way Back, the fact-based story of a group of soldiers who engineered a grueling escape from a Siberian gulag in 1942.

But next up? Sunday night’s Golden Globe Awards. Colin is nominated for his performance in In Bruges.
