Is Leona Lewis the latest young star to have a run-in with the law?

That sure looked to be the case as the songbird was seen getting handcuffed by police in Brooklyn, New York late Friday night.

A case of DUI? Shoplifting? Hit and run?

Nah!!! Miss Lewis was hard at work on the set of her latest music video for I Will Be. The pop rock ballad is produced by Dr. Luke and co-written by none other than Avril Lavigne.

The track is a veritable guaranteed No. 1 as Katy Perry is quoted as saying: “I Will Be is a song I have known for a while. From the outside looking in I know that everyone was fighting for Avril to put this on her record but for reasons I will not disclose, Avril, did not. I remember Dr. Luke playing this song for me months ago and I was at the point of tears knowing I heard a song that would be the hugest thing ever. I mean, people, be prepared to hear this song at every wedding for a long time.”

Interestingly, Gossip Girl’s very own Chace Crawford made a short cameo on set. Might be also make an appearance in the video?
