Lost’s Naveen Andrews was awarded physical and legal custody of his 3-year-old son Wednesday in L.A Superior Court, according to TMZ.com.

The boy’s mother, Elena Eustache, had taken him without L.A. County permission after accusing Andrews’ girlfriend, actress Barbara Hershey, of practicing witchcraft and poisoning her son, according to TMZ.
