Paris Hilton couldn’t be happier that pal Nicole Richie is pregnant again.

“I think it’s so exciting,” Hilton told Usmagazine.com at her weekend-long “birthday” celebration at the Hard Rock Hotel. (The heiress turned 28 on Feb. 17.)
