These days Robert Pattinson is the centre of attention wherever he goes – but it wasn’t always this way.

Before finding fame as brooding vampire Edward Cullen in Twilight, the British actor starred opposite Daniel Racliffe in Harry Potter and the Goblet Of Fire.

And the actor got a harsh reminder that he wasn’t the star attraction when he was snubbed by fans in favour of his fellow Brit at the movie’s premiere.

Rob tells Britain’s Glamour magazine, "At a premiere for Harry Potter, all these people were screaming, and this girl asked me to sign something.

"Halfway through, Daniel Radcliffe came along and the girl snatched the pad away saying: ‘I want Daniel!’"

He adds, "So I just shuffled off."
