Shia LaBeouf’s driver’s license has been suspended for one year after he refused to take a breathalyzer test following his July 2008 car crash, Access Hollywood reports.

The Indiana Jones actor’s suspension — which took effect on Jan. 17 — is the result of “refusal of chemical tests” after the accident, the Department of Motor Vehicles confirmed.
