Two’s company and three’s a crowd, as the saying goes.
And during a night out with Geri Halliwell and her new Italian boyfriend Fabrizio Politi, it seemed George Michael was feeling a bit crowded as the trio squeezed into the back of a car together.
George played gooseberry on a night out in London on Saturday - and judging by the glum look on his face, perhaps he was hoping to get a little more one-on-one time with the 36-year-old.
The threesome dined at an upmarket Chinese restaurant in the capital before they all returned to the former Spice Girl’s north London home.
Geri and George have become close friends over the years with both of them being a shoulder for each other to cry on at difficult times.
But while the former Wham singer looked a little down in the dumps, mother-of-one Geri could not be happier at the moment.
